    Low carb, but still have some good complex carbs.
    Fat’s should be limited and non-animal fats if possible.

    well from my experience I just eat meat and some vegetables not much but just enough to taper my hunger and only 2 times a day. and drink green tea.

    The “Stop-eating-you-fat-bastard” diet. Just kidding..i heard this from a comedian. The best way to lose weight is to exercise more and healthier. Little changes (i.e. diet soda instead of regular, drinking more water, eating more veggies, less juice etc) will make a big difference. I find that the south beach diet is always a good place to get a jump start. It (along with exercise )helped me lose (and keep off) 40 pounds

    Mix water with lemon juice,real maple syrup and cayenne pepper. .Drink this as much as possible for three days and do’nt eat or drink anything else.Good luck.
