I want to learn how to lose weight by dieting alone, because exercising while eating junk food is useless. If I’m able to lose a good amount of weight by dieting, then I’ll start to exercise.

    the best diet that has worked for me is the hard work diet. It consists of much consistency in the kitchen and exercise i know you said you dont want top exercise yet but this will greatly help you create a calorie deficit. Eat proteins and little amount of carbs. choose healthy fats.

    Juice fasting worked for me :) I did a juice fast for 40 days and I lost about 20 lbs. I was on a strict fast though… fresh citrus juice drinks (like lemon, orange, grapefruit, etc.), drinking 2-3 litres of water a day and having like 2 cups of green tea everyday of my fast. But I also took diet pills, and my vitamins and minerals as well as protein drinks. I also did half an hour of light workout each day.
    Well, I broke the fast the proper way, which I only regained back about 4 lbs and from there on my weight stabilized.
    Right now I’m on my second round of my juice fast. Still working hard on it!

    You can lose weight if you tried correct program. I tried many program, but could not lose weight. I found the best program that works very well for anyone. I lost my weight fast using this diet program. You must have look correct information that works. I lost 19 pounds after 35 days with this diet program. I highly recommend you.
