There are lots of recipe books just for diabetics in book stores, often even in checkout lines at Walmart, Target, etc. There are websites with recipes. Just type in diabetic recipes in your browser and you should get plenty of sites to check out. The ADA puts out a great magazine called Diabetes Forecast. It has articles discussing new treatment options, research news, and recipes for low carb, low sugar foods.

    Look on Jello.com and Splenda.com.
    They both have good ones.

Have you tried subing in Splenda, my brother who has juv diabetes does that. Also try googling it. You would be surprised what you come up with. We have also gone to book stores and found magazines and full books with recipes good for diabetics.
