   Google Whole foods and other health food stores have gluten free cookie mixes that looked pretty good

   If you want to make them from scratch try:

   Unless you plan to do a lot of gluten free baking and are willing to try lots of recipes, I would use a mix. I like Bob’s Red Mill and Pamela’s Products.
